Returns & Exchanges

At Nolita Diamonds, we want you to be completely captivated by your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn jewelry in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Nolita Diamonds display box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
