How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via insured courier. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 3-4 weeks for production.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every Nolita Diamonds purchase includes a lifetime manufacturer's warranty that covers any defects in craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or loss of the item.
How can I find my correct ring size?
We provide a comprehensive digital Ring Size Guide on our website. Alternatively, you can request a physical ring sizer to be mailed to your home for a small shipping fee.
